WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• This role oversees the Oncology research program for our Northern Indiana Region and will sit out of Michigan City with required travel as needed to Crown Point and Munster.

• Write and revise standards, guidance documents, and training guides, as needed, for Research Services.

• Coordinate service line-specific orientation and training of new members and staff development for existing members.

• Facilitate timely submissions to the FRA, IRB, and pharmaceutical companies.

• Oversee conduct of clinical research, according to Good Clinical Practice guidelines, the Code of Federal Regulations, State Regulations, Declaration of Helsinki, the Belmont report, Harmonized Tripartite Guidelines, and HIPAA.

• Participate in development of new outreach clinics, and coordinate and oversee training and conduction of clinical trials in existing and new outreach clinics.

• Managing start up activities for new clinical trials.
