Mission Health is seeking a Neonatal Pediatric Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care to critically ill and high-risk infants and children in our Asheville facility. In this role, you will perform assessments, initiate and manage ventilator support, administer respiratory therapies, and respond to emergencies in NICU and pediatric units. You will collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatricians, and nursing staff, contribute to care planning, educate families, and support quality and safety initiatives.
