Coastal Dental is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Conduct dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Examine patients for signs of oral diseases
Take and develop dental x-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assist with infection control and sterilization procedures
Collaborate within a team to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

Other Dental Software

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety

Previous experience as a dental hygienist (new graduates welcome)
Familiarity with dental software systems

Working Hours

Monday through Friday (specific days to be discussed based on candidate preference)
1 hour per patient, longer for new patients and ScRPs
