Child & Family Therapist

As a Child & Family Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, you will provide evidence-based counseling to children and families, addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare and IT teams to document care, use digital tools for telehealth sessions, and maintain accurate electronic health records. You will perform assessments, create treatment plans, lead individual and family sessions, and coordinate care with community resources while contributing to a supportive, innovative, and learning-focused environment.
