Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence in daily living and work tasks. Responsibilities include therapeutic interventions, patient and family education, progress documentation, discharge planning, and contributing to a supportive, high-quality, and growth-focused care environment aligned with Encompass Health’s mission.
