Full job description
Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist for TIRR to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to care planning and discharge recommendations.
