Milton Hershey School, a cost-free private residential school for pre-K–12, seeks a Youth Development Advisor for the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, behavior guidance, and coordination with teachers and residential staff. The Advisor helps design and deliver programs that build life skills, leadership, and resilience while promoting a safe, inclusive environment.
