Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to improve independence and quality of life. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that emphasizes dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
