A growing, multi-location organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This position is ideal for someone who has managed the complete payroll process for 80–100+ employees and enjoys ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee service. Payroll Specialist – Benefits & Compensation
- $20.00–$25.00 per hour
- Full-time, hourly, onsite position

Payroll Specialist – Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time for 80–100+ employees
- Audit payroll data, deductions, taxes, and employee changes for accuracy and compliance
- Process bonuses, commissions, off-cycle payroll, and payroll adjustments
- Maintain payroll records and assist with reporting, audits, and year-end activities
- Partner with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll issues and support employee changes
Payroll Specialist – Requirements
- 2–4 years of payroll experience with full-cycle payroll responsibility
- Experience processing payroll for 80–100+ employees
- Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, FLSA, and payroll compliance
- Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and communication skills
