Assistant Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual, chicken-focused restaurant. In this role, you will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure every guest enjoys friendly, Southern-style hospitality. Responsibilities include supervising front- and back-of-house activities, supporting scheduling, monitoring food quality and safety, managing cash procedures, and assisting with training and onboarding. You’ll help maintain a clean, efficient, and positive work environment while growing your leadership skills and preparing for future advancement within Zaxby’s expanding brand.
