Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience.

• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in neurological care is required. Must titrate drips such as Amiodarone, Heparin, Insulin, and Cardizem.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: Cares for cardiac, neurological/stroke, and seizure patients. High Flow and BiPAP may be used for less than 24 hours; RNs are only expected to troubleshoot these devices. Uses virtual telemetry monitoring with no on-unit tele/monitor techs; nurses are responsible for reading their own cardiac strips each shift using GE telemetry monitors.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend or less. Holiday coverage is assigned on a rotation basis. On-call as a last resort.

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
