Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2070 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Typical procedures include dressing changes, suture/staple removal, Foley catheters, NG tubes, and wound vac maintenance and removal. Uses walkers, bedside commodes, bladder scanners, CPM, sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move, vital sign machines, hover mats, bair huggers, and wheelchairs. Patient ratios: day shift 5:1 (6:1 stretch); night shift 6:1 (7:1 stretch).

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Float to other Med-Surg units.
