Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System.

Additional Details:
RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year med-surg-cardiac/Telemetry experience.
Special Requests: No medical marijuana cards accepted.
Unit Details: Direct med/surg/telemetry patient care. Adult and geriatric patient population. Acutely ill med/surg patients, patients transitioning from ICU, cardiac patients requiring telemetry monitoring and IV medications including antiarrhythmic medications and heparin, and patients requiring BiPAP.
Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. Fri/Sat/Sunday weekend position. No call. RTO restrictions: 7 days within 13-week contract.
Floating Requirements: Float to Med/Surg; required to float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh as needed and within facility.
