Full job description
The work
The ECM Support Analyst will be responsible for executing task requests across the ECM Support Team and supporting ongoing operational needs. Leveraging prior experience in ECM support or similar initiatives, this role ensures efficient completion of research, analysis, documentation, and communications. The analyst will support meetings through notetaking, ensure timely and accurate updates to leadership, and maintain structured documentation repositories within SharePoint.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across workstreams.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute task requests in support of the ECM Support Team
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing initiatives
- Support meetings through note - taking and documentation
- Maintain routine communication cadences with ED&CMO leadership and ECM workstreams
- Update, maintain, and monitor SharePoint document repositories
- Ensure timely follow‑up and tracking of assigned items
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive operational clarity and execution
Here’s what you need:
- Pega Certification (required)
- Experience supporting ECM or related operational/technical initiatives
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail‑oriented environment
- Familiarity with SharePoint site management and document governance
Nice to have:
- Experience in large-scale or government‑related support environments
- Exposure to workflow or case‑management systems
Eligibility requirements:
- Candidates MUST be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
