VNS Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home and community-based care team in New York City. In this role, you will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient-centered rehabilitation services that enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, educating patients and caregivers, and accurately documenting progress.
