This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Full month of October (10/1/2026 - 11/1/2026) with ongoing coverage until a permanent provider is hired; 24-hour cardiothoracic surgery call coverage
• Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital-based cardiothoracic surgery service.
• Types of Cases: Adult cardiothoracic surgery including Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), valve repair and replacement, emergency cardiac procedures, thoracic procedures, lung resections, thoracic trauma management, inpatient consultations, emergency department consultations, and postoperative patient care.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Not specified.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech, Patient Keeper, eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Certifications Required: 90 days
• Licensure Required: Active unrestricted state medical license; Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
