Job Summary Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patient's families within an interdisciplinary team setting.

Qualifications Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Master’s degree in Social Work

Experience: Preferred

Two years of experience in Social Work Services Two years of Counseling experience

Certification/Licensure: Required

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with authorization to practice in the State of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date

SAFE Approach Level III
