We're hiring Warehouse Pickers/Packers to help fulfill customer orders at Saddle Creek Logistics's Belton, MO facility. This is an ongoing opportunity with flexible scheduling through MyWorkChoice. Pick up shifts, drop shifts when needed, and manage your schedule right from your phone.
Choose Your Shift Schedule
- Hours (Choose Your Shift Length):
- Mondays- Fridays 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Sat - Sunday: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Pay: $18/hour
- Pay Schedule: Paid every Friday (daily pay also available through EarnIn)
- Location: Belton, MO
What You'll Do
You'll help keep orders moving and shelves stocked by:
- Picking and packing items one at a time to complete orders
- Using RF scanners and technology to fulfill orders
- Restocking inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
- Supporting daily production goals with your team
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable staying active throughout a shift
- Team players who can keep pace in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to lift and move packages regularly throughout the shift
No experience required. Warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is a plus.
Work Environment
- You'll be working in a large logistics warehouse facility. Expect a physical, active shift in a busy fulfillment environment.
- Workers are required to provide their own closed-toe, slip-resistant footwear.
