Float Pool RN

TriStar Health seeks a Float Pool RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units in our Middle Tennessee hospitals. In this flexible role, you’ll assess, plan, and implement nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll monitor conditions, administer medications, document accurately in the EHR, and support patients and families through education and advocacy.
