We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional individual who enjoys building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right vehicle.

What will you be doing?

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Build lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospects and current customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Stay informed about Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM products, promotions, and inventory.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Experience selling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Computer proficiency (Dealertrack is our DMS).
• Team player.
