Full job description
UCHealth seeks a dedicated RN for our Acute Care Transplant Medicine unit. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to complex transplant and med-surg patients, performing assessments, administering medications, managing lines and drains, and monitoring for complications. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, transplant coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to plan care, support discharges, and educate patients and families.
