Location: Mt Vernon
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Start times between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care based on each patient’s needs and preferences
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities
- Ensure patient safety and proper use of equipment
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Take and record vital signs (with demonstrated competency)
- Monitor skin integrity and report changes promptly
- Offer respite support to families and caregivers
- Communicate observations and updates to the Case Manager
- Build meaningful connections with patients and their loved ones
What You Bring
- At least 16 years of age
- Current state certification as a nurse aide
- Active CPR certification
- Clear listing on the state aide registry
- Comfort with the hospice philosophy and caring for terminally ill patients
