Full job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for adults in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based therapy; and educate patients and families on strategies for communication and safe swallowing. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient-centered recovery and functional independence in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with strong professional growth potential.
