Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Bakersfield, CA

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay: $2242 - $2701 | Shift: 4x10 Days

As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the surgical team, ensuring the highest standards of care for patients undergoing a variety of procedures. Your expertise will be vital in cases ranging from orthopedics, including MAKO robot-assisted surgeries, to neurology and craniotomies. You will be part of a collaborative team, sharing call duties equally among circulating nurses, and may occasionally float to the main OR if census is low.
- Administer and monitor patient care during surgery
- Assist in various surgical procedures including general surgery and orthopedics
- Ensure all surgical equipment is sterile and functional
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
