What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries
- Partner closely with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace culture
- Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to connect with patients
- Team-player attitude and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
