Hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
- Checking in vehicles and input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld computer (Portable Terminal – PT)
- Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
- Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
- Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone.
- Park vehicles to designated run number
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Utilize industry insights and product knowledge to provide valuable guidance and recommendations, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction and long-term partnership
Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline;
OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
Preferred:
Prior experience vehicle reconditioning and or general auto body knowledge
Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written skills preferred.
Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission is preferred.
Work Environment:
Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level. 85% outdoors / 15% indoors (admin duties)
