Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p Patients Per Day: 18-22 Practice Setting: Outpatient Scope: Family Medicine State Licensure: Active California and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
