Operating Room Clinical Coordinator

Novant Health seeks an Operating Room Clinical Coordinator for our ambulatory surgery center to lead safe, efficient, and patient-centered OR care. This role coordinates daily ASC OR operations, including patient flow, staff assignments, and case preparation, while upholding strict infection prevention and regulatory standards. The coordinator partners closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams to optimize on-time starts, quality outcomes, and patient experience. You will support staff competencies, education, and process improvements within a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on community impact and health equity.
