Job Details
We are hiring a CDL A Driver for Port and Yard Operations in Compton, California, offering $31 per hour. This position involves local deliveries with a focus on safety and efficiency in handling equipment. Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: Day Shift (6 AM - 4 PM)

Home Daily

What You'll Be Doing
Transporting and repositioning containers, chassis, and trailers between marine terminals and customer facilities.

Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and documenting conditions of equipment.

Utilizing technology for real-time tracking and communication regarding assignments and updates.

Assisting warehouse personnel with strategic trailer placement when needed.

What You Need
~ Valid CDL A
~2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
~ Current DOT Medical Certificate
~ TWIC Card required (or ability to obtain immediately)
~ Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)

~ Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

~ Must be at least 23 years old

~ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
