Summary

Are you a sales leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams, driving business growth, and building strong customer relationships? As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead and coach a team of sales professionals while shaping regional sales strategy, expanding market presence, and helping customers find solutions that meet their evolving needs. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence business growth and team success across a regional service organization.

Role Overview

• Lead regional sales efforts to achieve and exceed business growth objectives.

• Develop and mentor a team of sales professionals, helping them maximize performance and career growth.

• Partner closely with operational and business leaders to align sales strategies with customer and market opportunities.

• Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning to support long-term success.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help shape the direction of a growing service business by leading sales strategy and developing a high-performing team. You'll partner with business leaders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence. You'll use data, forecasting, and market insights to make informed decisions while providing coaching and support that helps your team succeed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals and business growth objectives.

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.

• Strong understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to analyze business data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling mechanical systems or related technical solutions.

• Prior experience working in a technical, engineering, construction, or service-focused environment.

Pay Range: 

$111,060.64 - $166,590.97

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
