Permanent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Specialty: Physician - Anesthesia
Location: Grand Rapids, MI.
Shift: Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts
Position Details: Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA to join the Anesthesia Services Team. Experience is preferred, but new graduates will also be considered.
Patient Population:
Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center with 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for a mix of general and complex cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, orthopedic and trauma, bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, MRI/CT, heart and vascular, OB, and regional blocks.
Required Procedures: Regional blocks and anesthesia for general and complex surgical cases

Support Staff: Professional, confident, and friendly team of providers
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: Shared home-call obligations approximately 1 weekend per quarter and 1 weekday call shift every 6 weeks. Weekend call includes a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mix between primary backup and secondary backup.
Submission Requirements:
- Required: Board Certified NBCRNA by time of start
- Required: Michigan license or willingness to obtain
- Required: DEA verbal confirmation or willingness to obtain
- Required: ACLS, BLS, and most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days
