Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
- Outpatient setting with 1:1 appointment scheduling.
- 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute appointment times.
- 30-day notice required.

Caldwell offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional attractions in southwestern Idaho.
