Full job description
Mercy is seeking a Lead LPN/MA to support high-quality, compassionate care in our busy outpatient setting. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical support, including rooming patients, taking vitals, administering medications and injections per scope, and assisting with minor procedures. You will coordinate daily clinic workflows, support providers, and ensure accurate EHR documentation. As a team lead, you will mentor LPNs and MAs, reinforce best practices, and help maintain compliance with safety and infection-control standards.
