Clinical Team Leader

Methodist Health System seeks a Clinical Team Leader to coordinate daily patient care on a busy unit. This role provides direct patient care while supervising and mentoring clinical staff, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance. The Clinical Team Leader manages staffing and patient assignments, supports interdisciplinary care planning, and promotes a positive, patient-centered environment. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, coach team members, and help drive quality, safety, and service initiatives that advance our faith-based mission and community health impact.
