Full job description

Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day warehouse and material handling needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong safety mindset, reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow procedures consistently—helping you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Anderson, IN

Pay Range:$17

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (open to both)

What's the Job?

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials as assigned.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and work instructions to support accurate, timely order flow.
  • Perform routine checks of equipment and report any issues according to site guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe operations.
  • Work effectively with team members to meet production and shipping needs.

What's Needed?

  • Must have 3 years of forklift experience.
  • Must be open to 1st and 2nd shift.
  • Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules and procedures.
  • Comfort working in a warehouse environment with physical demands.
  • Strong attention to detail to support accurate handling of materials.
