In this role, you will assess and monitor post‑op patients, manage pain and wound care, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families on post‑operative recovery, and ensure safe discharges.
