Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our PCU. This role oversees daily clinical operations, coordinates patient care, and supports a team of RNs and support staff. The CNC assists with staffing, patient flow, and quality initiatives while serving as a clinical resource and role model. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, mentoring staff, supporting policy compliance, and promoting safety and patient satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, use advanced technology, and help drive continuous improvement in a patient-centered environment.
