  • Neurosurgical Cases (Head & Spine)
  • Complex Vascular Cases
  • Complex Orthopedic Cases
  • Pain Management Techniques
  • Epidural Steroid Injections (Lumbar & Cervical)
  • Transforaminal (Lumbar & Cervical)
  • Ventilation Management
  • Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
  • Central Line Placement
  • Arterial Line Placement
• Credentialing: Estimated 90 Days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified Required; Minimum Board Certification Eligible
• Certifications:
  • ACLS - Required
  • BLS - Required
  • PALS - Required
• Licensure: Ohio License Required
