  • 2-3 weeks per month coverage needed
  • 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours
  • 16-20 patients per shift
  • 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures/surgeries
  • 1:2 or 1:3 call ratio with 15-minute response
  • Robotic surgery and laparoscopic procedures required
  • Adult and pediatric populations
  • General urology with advanced procedures
