You deserve a job you love Volt is immediately hiring for a Machine Operator in Carlsbad, Ca. Summary: Operate and maintain printers, perform basic maintenance, prepare machines for production, and media blast printed parts according to job specifications. Ensure parts are properly cleaned, powder-free, and meet quality standards. As a Machine Operator you will: · Operate, maintain, and prepare 3D MJF printers, processing stations, and build units for production. · Work closely with Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, Leads, and the Finishing Department. · Ensure printers meet uptime and productivity (OEE) requirements. · Perform media blasting and post-processing tasks according to job sheets and drawings. · Inspect parts for quality, verify features, and identify defects. · Report equipment issues and notify leads of any questionable parts. · Maintain equipment, media levels, and a clean work area. · Follow all safety procedures and promote a positive team environment. · Assist with various production activities and other duties as assigned. This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: <ul> <li>A High School diploma or equivalent is required.</li> <li>Manufacture experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 1-3 year or related experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to read, understand, and execute work with detailed job instructions.</li> <li>Solid technical attributes.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Great organizational skills.</li> <li>Beginning Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li> <li>Ability to multitask.</li> <li>Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.</li> <li>Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Able to pass a drug test and a background check.</li> <li>Monday to Friday shifts available</li> <li>Other shifts and positions are also available</li> </ul> <ul> <li> Preferred Skills & Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience in manufacture.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience working in an ITAR-regulated facility.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime may be required) Days: Monday through Friday Pay: $21.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
