Registered Nurse

Pembroke Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans. You’ll monitor patient progress, document accurately in the EHR, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. The RN will educate patients and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and participate in handoffs and quality initiatives.
