Overview:

UF Health Durbin Park is a 99-bed hospital opening September

The Physical Therapist examines and evaluates patients, developing effective treatment plans appropriate for the patient condition. The Physical Therapist measures patient progress, modifies treatment plans and educates the patient to produce optimal outcomes.

Qualifications: Age of Patients Served:All Age Groups.Required Education:Bachelor's Degree. Specific course work: Physical Therapy preferredNecessary Skills:1. Knowledge of Physical Therapy theory, procedures, practices and equipment. 2. Good communication skills. Proactive, positive approach to problem solving.3. Thorough knowledge of possible hazards/necessary precautions/remedial measures in the treatment and care of patients. 4. Ability to assess and implement a treatment programs for simple and complex therapy diagnoses. 5.
