Maintenance Technician

Our client, industrial manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to complete administrative documentation accurately, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Bay Minette, AL

Pay Range: $56,160 - $83200/ annually

Shift: Rotating days and nights

What's the Job?

• Maintain production equipment to optimize reliability through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines.
• Diagnose and correct industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to restore equipment to safe, operational condition.
• Accurately complete administrative documents and follow directions to support maintenance operations.
• Work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment to keep production running.

What's Needed?

• Technical experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated reliability and the ability to work independently while meeting production needs.
• Aptitude to identify root causes and take corrective action to resolve equipment failures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure administrative documentation is completed accurately.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
