Family Nurse Practitioner

Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to offer patient-centered care to rural communities, using EHR systems and evidence-based practice.
