This 298-bed Level II trauma facility provides inpatient urological services with established protocols to support trauma and general urological care delivery. The institution maintains appropriate resources and clinical support systems, including 25 APPs on staff, to facilitate effective urological case management. The facility is structured to ensure continuous coverage for both routine and emergency urological cases across the inpatient setting.

Michigan offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor recreational and cultural attractions throughout the state. The region features destinations such as Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mackinac Island, and the Upper Peninsula's natural landscapes, supporting year-round recreation including hiking, fishing, and winter sports. Clinicians will also find access to historic sites, waterfront communities, and family-oriented attractions across the state during time away from clinical duties.

This locum tenens assignment requires a urologist to provide 24-hour call coverage with projected AM rounding of approximately 2-4 hours per day at an on-site inpatient facility. Primary call responsibilities are focused on traumatic urology cases, requiring continuous availability for urgent urological interventions during each assigned shift. The position operates on a 1:1 call ratio, and board certification in Urology is required for consideration. Clinicians must maintain on-site presence throughout all assigned coverage periods.
