Epic Analyst

Methodist Health System is seeking an Epic Analyst to join our Information Technology & Data Management team supporting our hospitals and clinics across Texas. In this role, you will configure, test, and optimize Epic EHR workflows to improve clinical efficiency, data integrity, and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include gathering requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders, building and maintaining Epic modules, troubleshooting issues, and creating reports and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and IT teams in a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity. Ideal candidates bring Epic certification or strong Epic experience, healthcare IT background, analytical skills, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
