Nanny needed for one toddler, flexible schedule starting November 9

We are seeking a nanny to join our family and care for our 12 month old son starting in November. Hrs: Fulltime, M-F, ~7AM to 4-5PM, Thurs off or half day. Flexibility given work schedules appreciated. Estimated avg 36 hrs/wk, 32 hrs gauranteed. We would love for someone to become part of our family-somone who builds a genuine bond with both our child and us. We prioritize communication, flexibility, & proactivity. While being attentive to our child is the #1 priority, we seek someone who is organized/tidy to help with household upkeep, especially child-related tasks/items. We would prefer this to not be a stricly business transaction. We will take great care of you if you take care of us!
