About the Clinician‘s Workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in North Carolina, Monday through Friday on 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, with full-time availability of 4 weeks per month required. The surgical case mix includes bread and butter and obstetric procedures; CRNAs with the applicable skillset may perform labor epidurals during the day, as physicians primarily place them. Call coverage is required on a 1:5 rotation including weekends and holidays, with the MD taking first call and the CRNA serving as backup, with a 45-minute call response time. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
