Vituity seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to join the team at Natividad Medical Center. In this role, you will provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population, performing rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and life-threatening conditions. You will collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and hospital staff to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth ED operations. Physicians participate in clinical decision-making, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives, while contributing to a supportive, team-focused culture that values innovation, evidence-based practice, and compassionate patient- and family-centered care.
