- Residency Program Overview: Core faculty role supervising 18 total residents (6 per PGY level) in a fully ACGME-accredited program with Osteopathic Recognition (the first in CA to earn this via ACGME).
- Unique Team-Based Care Model: Work within a distinct team care approach where each patient care group features Family Medicine Residents, two Faculty Supervising Physicians, and two Medical Assistants.
- Protected Didactic Structure: Participate in dedicated Thursday didactics covering practice management, resident/faculty alignment, and program wellness initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $300,000 (dependent on experience) + productivity & quality incentives.

Job Requirements - Completion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency program
- BC in Family Medicine (FM)
- Must possess or have an ability to obtain an unrestricted California medical license prior to employment
- Previous experience as a Faculty Family Medicine Physician is strongly preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing and communication software.
- Knowledge of clinical practice laws, ethics, and ACGME requirements for graduate medical education.
- Familiarity with ACGME requirements, ABFM standards, and California licensure regulations.
Role Responsibilities
- Precepting residents in outpatient and inpatient settings, delivering didactic lectures, and mentoring.
- 60% Faculty Time: Precepting residents in clinic and hospital; teaching didactic sessions, rounds, and procedure skills; handling mentorship, curriculum planning, quality improvement, and scholarship.
- 40% Outpatient Clinic: Providing direct patient care at the Family Medicine Center.
